Read-only access
We read the companies, contacts, deals and marketing email content we need for research. We never edit your CRM records.
Approved by your admin
Hivelighter installs through your CRM's standard app approval. Your admin sees every permission before anything connects.
Disconnect any time
Disconnect from Hivelighter or uninstall from your CRM. Either way, we remove our access and delete cached data for your account.
Deletions follow your CRM
When you delete a contact in your CRM, the data we cached for it is removed automatically.
Public sources only
Hivelights come from public sources, each linked so you can see exactly where it came from.
SOC 2 reports
Enterprise customers can request our SOC 2 reports as part of their security review.
