Set up Hivelighter in HubSpot in 5 minutes
Five quick steps. All you need is HubSpot, permission to install apps (or an admin who can approve it) and your work email.
Install the app
In the HubSpot App Marketplace, search Hivelighter and click Install app.

Sign up and connect HubSpot
Enter your work email and the 6-digit code we send you. Then pick your HubSpot account and click Connect app.
Choose an account
Choose your number of seats and check out
On the secure Stripe checkout, set the number of seats, add your card and click Subscribe.

Add the card to your company record view
HubSpot doesn't add app cards for you. Do this once and the card shows on every company, because it updates your default company record view.
- Open any company and click Customize
- Edit the default view
- In the Card library, search Client Intelligence and click Add
- Save

I can't find the card
Search the Card library for "Client Intelligence", not "Hivelighter", and make sure you saved the default company record view (step 4).
HubSpot says I need an admin
Ask a HubSpot admin to approve Hivelighter, then click Install again.
The card is still loading
First research can take up to 20 minutes. Close and reopen the card to retry.
How do I disconnect?
Uninstall the app in HubSpot, or disconnect it in Hivelighter under Settings, then Integrations. We remove our access and delete cached data.
